A little about me...... My name is Shannon. I am a mother to two wonderful kids and a wife to the most amazing man. I am so happy to be at this point in my life. I have always had a passion for photography. After having my children my passion grew stronger trying to document every first. There's something that is so great to capture someone being their true self. Documenting every moment and being able to treasure it til the end of time. I am lucky enough to love what I get to do every. single. day!! I am an on-location, natural light photographer specializing in fun, fresh, modern and creative images of maternity, newborn and baby. My style is very natural and sessions are never rushed.

OH my goodness all the hair!! 8 day old Finley was nothing more than pure sweetness. Don’t get me wrong she wanted to stay awake during all the action but we managed to get her to sleep just a little. I had a pleasure meeting this gorgeous mom-to-be Saturday. If I could sum up this session in one word it would have to be relaxed. She was so relaxed and up for any thing. Our newest product! Aren’t they gorgeous! A custom printed box that will hold 20 images from your session. This beautiful custom-printed box and prints come in sizes 5×7 or 8×10. Prints are mounted on a solid, decorative backing and include digital matting along with a border. Images have a linen texture for a beautiful look and to prevent finger prints and smudging. You get the quanity of images just like a storybook, but the veratility of individual portraits. The image box is very compact, this gives you the freedom to place them on a bookshelf or coffee table. Images can also be placed on an easel and rotated when ever you want. Awwww pure sweetness! This little guy was 14 days old and so precious. He slept like a charm. Mom and Dad were so laid back and big sister loved my set up! You guys have a beautiful home and thank you for letting me photograph your sweet Corbin!

What is the Pictures of Hope Foundation?
Pictures of Hope is a charitable organization of professional photographers who provide complimentary, documentary-style, photography sessions to babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and their families. The Pictures of Hope Foundation is comprised of photographers (many of whom are “NICU mothers” themselves) from across the United States and Canada who are dedicated to donating their time to a cause they believe in, and sharing the gift of photography with families in need. Meet Mallory she is such a sweet little girl. This little girl has been through several medical problems. Mallory has had 4 open heart surgeries, a permanent pacemaker placed, a brain shunt for hydrocephaly, a Nissen fundoplication surgery (to stop reflux) and a feeding button inserted, 3 heart caths, and many other procedures. You can see all the love this little girl gets from her family. It was such a blessing to meet this family. You will see more of Mallory in the future. Thanks Harris family for letting me get to know your precious little girl!
